Section 10(1) in Jammu and Kashmir State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Multi Year Generation Tariff) Regulations, 2016
(1)The tariff in respect of a generating station under these Regulations shall be determined stage-wise, unit-wise or for the whole generating station.
