Section 4(1) in Chandigarh Panchayat Election Rules, 1994
(1)The Commission may appoint one or more Electoral Registration Officers or Assistant Electoral Registration Officers for the preparation or revision of electoral rolls as the case may be for the Panchayat in a sub-division.
