(2)pre-revised basic pay and Dearness Allowance as on 1st August, 2007 which corresponds to the stage where his pay has been fixed on appointment in respect of those Development Officers appointed after 1st August, 2007;(II)For the removal of doubts, it is clarified that the amount paid under this rule to the Development Officers shall not form part of his annual remuneration and ad-hoc annual remuneration under the Special Rules.]
