Section 39 in SRI JAGADHGURU MURUGARAJENDRA UNIVERSITY ACT, 2020
39. Conditions of service of employees.- (1) Every employee shall be
appointed under a written contract subject to such terms and conditions as may bespecified by statutes and regulations or prescribed if any by rules which shall be keptin the University and a copy of which shall be furnished to the employee concerned.(2)Disciplinary action against the employees shall be governed by theprocedure specified in the Statutes.(3)Any dispute arising out of the contract between the University and anemployee shall, be resolved in the manner provided for in the written contract and inaccordance with the Statues.
