Section 58(5)(a) in Adoption Regulations, 2017

(a)the Specialized Adoption Agency shall complete the documentation and formalities required for the adoption of an orphan, abandoned or surrendered child including preparation of Child Study Report and Medical Examination Report of the child as per Schedule II and III respectively; and
