(5)If the Child Care Institution is located in the same district:-(a)the Specialized Adoption Agency shall complete the documentation and formalities required for the adoption of an orphan, abandoned or surrendered child including preparation of Child Study Report and Medical Examination Report of the child as per Schedule II and III respectively; and(b)the Specialized Adoption Agency shall upload the profile of the child in Child Adoption Resource Information and Guidance System, which includes photograph, Child Study Report, Medical Examination Report of the child and certificate from Child Welfare Committee declaring the child legally free for adoption.
