Section 18(1) in The Bihar Minimum Wages Rules, 1951
(1)A Committee [**] [Words 'Advisory Committee' omitted by Notification No. VI/W3-1022/58L, 19583 dated 22.11.1958.] or the Board may summon any person to appear before it on a date specified therein and to produce any books, papers or other document and things in his possession or under his control relating in any manner to the enquiry.
