Section 34(1) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Rules, 1975
(1)A person to be appointed as a paper-setter in a subject for SSC Examination shall fulfil the following conditions-(a)He/She should have offered that subject for the degree examination.(b)He/She should have at least 10 years experience of teaching the subject for which question paper shall be set, to the top classes viz. VIII, IX and or X of a secondary school or any of the classes in a higher secondary school or recognised Training Institution for Primary or Secondary teachers.(c)He/She should have experience as an Examiner for at least five times at the secondary school certificate examination held by any Examining body during the preceding 10 years.(d)He/She shall be a person who is in touch with the teaching of the subject to the top classes (VIII, IX and/or X) in a secondary school or recognised training institution for more than 3 preceding years.
