1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1) This Act may be called the Rajasthan Relief of Agricultural Indebtedness Act, 1957.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Rajasthan.(3)[ It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.] [Come into force on the 15th day of May, 1958 vide Rev.
