Section 49(1) in Punjab Urban Planning and Development Authority Building Rules, 2013
(1)Solar water heating system and Compact Fluorescent Lamps(CFLs) shall be provided as per the Notification No.2/123/ 05-STE (3) 370 dated 20 January/ 6the February 2006, or as per the provisions of Renewal Energy Systems and Punjab Energy Conservation Building Code (PECBC) or as notified by the Government from time to time.
