Section 63(e) in Bihar Coal Mining Area Development Authority Rules, 1988
(e)the Chief Medical Officer may direct the isolation of any person suffering or suspected to be suffering from any dangerous epidemic disease and such person should be either regretted in I.D., Hospital, Chandkuyan where such facilities exist or to any other place where segregation is possible, such person shall not leave the premises or the place where he is isolated until permitted by the C.M.O. to do so.
