(4)He shall be also responsible for general administration of Incubation Hub set up for budding entrepreneurs, students, teachers, and engineers, and competent technical persons from society, selected with the approval of Executive Council. The University shall also provide support to them to generate equitable venture capital to establish a new industry based on products and processes developed in-house.
