Section 14(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Wakafs Act, 2001
(1)Subject to other provisions of the Act, the following shall be the officers of the Council, namely(i)The Chairperson ;(ii)The Secretary of the Council ;(iii)such other officers as may be declared by the Regulations to be the officers of the Council.
