(1)Subject to other provisions of the Act, the following shall be the officers of the Council, namely(i)The Chairperson ;(ii)The Secretary of the Council ;(iii)such other officers as may be declared by the Regulations to be the officers of the Council.(2)The appointment of the officers (other than the ex officio officers) and other employees, their term of office and conditions of service shall be such, as may be provided by the Regulations.
