Section 11(1) in The U.P. Area Development (Regulation of Water Supply) (Osrabandi) Rules, 1979
(1)After action under sub-rule (2) of rule 10 has been taken, the Deputy Revenue Officer shall send the complete file of Osrabandi to be recorded in the office of the Executive Engineer concerned after completion of the case.
