(2)In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such regulations may provide for all or any of the following matters:-(a)summoning and holding of meetings of the Authority;(b)powers and duties of the officers and other employees of the Authority;(c)management of the property of the Authority;(d)maintenance of accounts and the preparation of balance sheet by the(e)procedure for carrying out the functions of the Authority under this Act; and(f)any other matter which is to be, or may be provided in the regulations.
