(2)The University shall be eligible to apply and may apply for all other tax exemptions (for example: tax exemption for the donations at the hands of the donor), necessary registrations, and permissions under any section of the Income-Tax Act, 1961 (Central Act No.43 of 1961) or the Foreign Contribution (Regulation Act), 2010 (Central Act No.42 of 2010) or any other, Central or State Act or with any authority as may be required and as it may deem necessary.
