Section 1 in Karnataka Departmental Inquiries (Enforcement of Attendance of Witnesses, Production of Documents and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1981
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Karnataka Departmental Inquiries (Enforcement of Attendance of Witnesses [Production of Documents and Miscellaneous Provisions] [Substituted by Act 43 of 1981 w.e.f. 05.05.1981.]) Act, 1981.(2)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the First day of March, 1981.
