Section 302(2) in The Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation Act, 1956
(2)Any person failing to comply with the terms of such notice shall be punishable with a fine which may extend to five thousand rupees and if he fails to comply with the terms of such notice after the first day of his failure so to do, with further fine which may extend to two hundred rupees for every such day alter the first.
