Section 9(3) in Bihar State Regulation of Cold Storages Act, 1992
(3)The Licensing Officer shall, while granting the licence under sub-section (1) have regard to-(a)the number of cold storage operating in the area in which the cold storage is sought to be constructed;(b)the availability of agricultural produce in such area;(c)any other matter which may be prescribed.
