Section 12(1) in The Orissa Panchayat Samiti Election Rules, 1991
(1)The polling station for a Ward of a Grama Sasan within the Samiti Constituency shall be located within the area of that Ward :Provided that the Election Officer may, if necessary, have a single polling station for the more than one ward.
