Section 12 in The Orissa Panchayat Samiti Election Rules, 1991
12. Location of Polling Station.
(1)The polling station for a Ward of a Grama Sasan within the Samiti Constituency shall be located within the area of that Ward :Provided that the Election Officer may, if necessary, have a single polling station for the more than one ward.(2)Inside the polling station, there shall be an enclosed space which shall be used by voters for making the ballot papers secretly.
