Section 10(2) in Punjab Sweets (Manufacture) Rules, 1955
(2)The licensee shall agree to the posting of such excise establishment as the [Excise Commissioner] [Legislative Supplement Part III date 28-10-71.] may direct, to his manufactory. For this purpose the licensee shall be governed by the provision of the Punjab Brewery Rules.
