Section 23(1) in Rajasthan Subordinate and Ministerial Services Selection Board Rules, 2008
(1)The Secretary of the Board is member of the All India Services. The Secretary of the Board is also the controller of Examination conducted by the Board and in carrying out the functions of the Board he also exercises all the Administrative and financial powers of the "Head of Office".
