Section 48 in The Bidhan Chandra Krishi (Viswavidyalaya) Act, 1974.
48. Advisory Committee. -
For aiding and advising the State Government for giving effect to the provisions of this Chapter, the State Government may constitute a Committee consisting of the following persons, namely: -(1)Vice-Chancellor, Kalyani University,(2)Vice-Chancellor, Bidhan Chandra Krishi, The word within square brackets substituted for the words "Viswa Vidyalaya" throughout this Act by W. B. Act 31 of 1981 [Viswavidyalaya],(3)Secretary, Department of Agriculture and Community Development,(4)Secretary, Department of Education,(5)Secretary, Department of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services.
