Section 5 in Andhra Pradesh Farmers Management of Irrigation Systems (Recall) Rules, 2005
5. Verification.
(1)The notice of recall shall be registered in the register maintained for the purpose on the same day by the Competent Authority.(2)On receipt of such notice the Competent authority (Engineering) shall cause due verification of the authenticity of the notice in Form-II with in a period of 7 days from the date of receipt of the recall notice.
