Section 10 in Chhattisgarh Private Universities (Establishment and Operation) Rules, 2005
10. Establishment of the Regulatory Commission.
(a)Chhattisgarh Niji Kshetra Vishwavidyalaya Viniyamak Ayog functioning in the State shall be succeeded by Chhattisgarh Private Universities Regulatory Commission and shall function in accordance with the provisions of the Act and Rules made thereunder.(b)The Head Office of the Chhattisgarh Private Universities Regulatory Commission shall be at Raipur.
