Section 10(a) in Chhattisgarh Private Universities (Establishment and Operation) Rules, 2005
(a)Chhattisgarh Niji Kshetra Vishwavidyalaya Viniyamak Ayog functioning in the State shall be succeeded by Chhattisgarh Private Universities Regulatory Commission and shall function in accordance with the provisions of the Act and Rules made thereunder.
