Section 2(1) in The Madhya Bharat Agricultural Debtor's Relief Act, 1956
(1)"Agriculture" includes-(a)the raising of annual or periodical crops and garden produce;(b)horticulture;(c)the planting and upkeep of orchards;(d)the reserving of land for fodder, grazing or thatching grass;(e)dairy farming;(f)poultry; and(g)stock breeding, but does not include leasing of land or cutting of wood only.
