Section 7(1) in The West Bengal Factories (Welfare Officers) Rules, 1971
(1)Any vacancy in the post of a Welfare Officer, caused by the death, dismissal, discharge or resignation of a Welfare Officer or by any other reason, shall be notified within seven days and filled up within three months of the occurrence of the vacancy.
