Section 1 in Arunachal Pradesh (Land Settlement and Records) Act, 2000
1. Short title extent and commencement.
(1)The Act may be called the Arunachal Pradesh (Land Settlement and Records) Act, 2000.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Arunachal Pradesh.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette appoint, and different dates may be appointed for different areas and for different provisions of this Act.
