Section 21(1) in Himalayan University, Itanagar (Arunachal Pradesh) Act, 2012
(1)The Board of Management of the University shall consist of the following, namely: -(a)the Chancellor;(b)the Vice-Chancellor;(c)five persons nominated by the Sponsoring Body out of whom two shall be eminent educationists;(d)one expert of management or information technology or law or any other field from outside the university, nominated by the Chancellor.(e)one expert of finance, nominated by the Chancellor;(f)Commissioner, Education or his nominee not below the rank of Deputy Secretary; and(g)two teachers, nominated by the Vice-Chancellor.
