Section 49(2) in Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Rules, 2013
(2)The original and all copies of the bid shall be typed or written in ink and its all the pages shall be signed by the bidder or a person duly authorised to sign on behalf of the bidder, in token of acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the bidding documents. This authorisation shall consist of a written confirmation as specified in the bidding documents and shall be attached to the bid.
