Section 8(1) in The Kandla Harbour Craft Rules, 1955
(1)The owner of a licensed craft shall paint or cause to be printed upon a black background, in white English figures not less than 152.4 MM in length, on a conspicuous part of the bow of such harbour craft on one side, and on the quarter of the other, the number of the harbour craft as mentioned in the licence.
