42. Students to continue their studies. -
Every student of any of the colleges specified in sub-section (1) of section 41 who immediately before the appointed day was studying in such college shall be permitted to complete his course of study in the University and the University shall make arrangements: -(a)for instruction, teaching, training and holding of examination in such manner as may be determined by the University; and(b)for the conferment of the degree, diploma, or other academic distinction of the University upon the qualified student on the result of such examination.
