Section 181(1) in Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Orissa Legislative Assembly
(1)Every notice required by these rules shall be given in writing address to the Secretary at the Assembly Secretariat which shall be open for this purpose between the hours 11. a.m. and 3 p.m. on all days, except Sundays and public holidays.
