Section 11 in The Orissa Khandasari and Gur Dealers' Licensing Order, 1963
11. Savings.
- Nothing in this Order shall apply to-(i)the sale or storage for sale or purchase of Khandasari or Gur on Government account ; and(ii)the sale by Banks of Khandasari or Gur hypothecated to them; provided that the Khandasari or Gur is sold in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable to the hypothecators.
