Section 131(5)(i) in The Indian Electricity Rules, 1956

(i)The electrical supervisor or the substitute electrical supervisor appointed under sub-rule (4) to replace him shall be personally responsible for the maintenance at the mine or oil-field, of a log-book made up of the daily log-sheets prepared in the form set out in Annexure XII.
