36. Accounts and Audit.
(1)The accounts of the Council shall be prepared before such date and at such intervals and in such manner, as may be prescribed by regulations.(2)The accounts of the Council shall be audited by the registered chartered accountant and the audit fee of the chartered accountant shall be such, as may be fixed by the Council, by regulations.(3)As soon as the accounts of the Council are audited, the Council shall send a copy thereof, to the State Government, in such manner, as may be prescribed by regulations.
