Section 23(1) in The Orissa Veterinary Practitioners Rules, 1976
(1)The Council may cancel from the register the name of any person who-(a)has requested that his name be removed from the register in which case such person may be required to file a declaration that no disciplinary or criminal proceedings are being taken or are likely to be taken against him;(b)has filed within a period as may be determined by the Council to furnish to the Registration such information as the Council may require.
