(1)Chairman of Himalayiya Ayurvedic Yog Evam Prakartik Chikitsa Sansthan shall be the first Chancellor of the Himalayiya University, whos tenure shall be of three years. There after the Himalayiya Ayurvedic Yog Evam Prakartik Chikitsa Sansthan, with the prior concurrence of the Visitor, shall appoint Chancellor from amongst its members.
