11. Access to Meters.
- It is necessary that the agreement between the generator(s) and QCA provides for the following:(a)Access to the QCAs to modem installed on existing ABT meters for getting data on 15 minutes basis, or(b)Permit access to the API link for getting the data from the meter to the QCA's central server to facilitate better forecasting.(c)Alternatively, allow the QCA to install additional meters on the existing CT/PT to facilitate acquisition of real time data so that best schedule can be submitted to SLDC.
