(3)It shall [come into force] [W.e.f. 2-10-2000, vide Notification No. F-5-10-94-XVI-dated 26th Sept 2000, published in M.P. Rajpatra (Abadharam), dated 26-9-2000.] on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
