Section 1 in The M.P. Shakari Krishi Aur Gramin Vikas Bank Adhiniyam 1999
1. Short Title, Extent and Commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Sahakari Krishi Aur Gramin Vikas Bank Adhiniyam, 1999.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Madhya Pradesh.(3)It shall [come into force] [W.e.f. 2-10-2000, vide Notification No. F-5-10-94-XVI-dated 26th Sept 2000, published in M.P. Rajpatra (Abadharam), dated 26-9-2000.] on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
