Section 29(3) in Rajasthan Farmers' Participation in Management of Irrigation System rules, 2002
(3)Where it becomes necessary to use a second ballot box by reason of the first ballot box becoming full, the first box shall be closed, sealed and secured as provided in sub-rule (1) and (2) before another ballot box is put in to use.
