Section 13 in The Punjab Security of State Act, 1953
13. Protection of action taken under this Act.
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under, or in pursuance of, this Act.(2)No suit or other legal proceedings shall lie against the State Government or except with the sanction of the State Government, against any of its officers, for any damage caused or likely to be caused by anything in good faith done or intended to be done under, or in pursuance of, this Act.
