Section 30 in The Central Government General Pool Residential Accommodation Rules, 2017
30. Allotment in Secretaries Pool for Secretaries to the Government of India in Delhi.
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in these rules, a Secretaries Pool shall be maintained to provide residential accommodation to the Secretaries to the Government of India in Delhi.(2)The number, type and place of accommodations to be placed in this pool shall be determined by the Government from time to time.
