(e)Instances of persistent/significant non-compliance of Grid Code.
14.1.2Other Reports/Forms. - The SLDC shall also issue a quarterly report to users of STS which shall bring out the system constraints, reasons for not meeting the requirements, if any, of security standards and quality of service, along with details of various actions taken by different users, and the users responsible for causing the constraints.
14.1.3These reports shall also be submitted to the Commission within a week from the due date of issue of the reports.
