Section 45(1) in The Iron Ore Mines Labour Welfare Cess Rules, 1963
(1)The owner of an iron ore mine shall furnish such statistics or other information as the Central Government or any other person authorized by the Central Government in writing in this behalf may by written order require for the purposes of the Act in such manner and within such time as may be specified in the order.
