53. Repeal and savings.
(1)The Orissa Boiler Operation Engineer's Rules, 1958 is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done, any action, taken, notification issued, certificate granted under the said rules shall be deemed to have been done, taken, issued or granted under the corresponding provisions of these rules.Form-A(See Rule 29)Application for Examination for Certificate of Proficiency as Boiler Operation Engineers.Division IName etc. of the applicant
